Carleton Woodworking: custom fine furniture and woodturning

Welcome to Carleton Woodworking Online.

I opened Carleton Woodworking in 1992 and went out of business in 2007. I closed the shop due to the high cost of liability insurance - stemming from the World Trade Center bombing, the high cost of shopspace and the lack of business caused by the recession. In the fifteen years I was in business I had the privilage to work with many wonderful people. I would like to thank both my customers and my collegues.

We moved out of Brooklyn in 2008 to the Hudson Valley. I've designed a house and we're in the process of having it built.

The carletonwoodworking.com domain is about to expire, so I'm moving content to my personal website to keep it as a legacy site. (kimgraves.com/carleton/) My email still works, so if you have questions, please feel free to write.
